Ford 300 4.9L Straight-6 Block Work

Customer brought in their Ford 300 engine block for some machine work~ Bore and Hone.  He also bought Pistons, Rings, and Cam bearings to install and assemble on his own.  We installed the Cam bearings for him.

We gave it a Hot Tank and rinse before we Bore and Honed it.
Camshaft got a Grind and Polish.

Nice cross hatch on the cylinders.  The new pistons are going to fit nicely.
