Model: 95-04 Toyota 3.4L 5VZ-FE DOHC 24V V6
Short Block engine remanufacture with machine services and new engine parts.
This engine fits the Tacoma, Tundra, T-100, 4Runner and the Land Cruiser models.
It has a cast iron engine block and aluminum DOHC aluminum cylinder heads.
Bottom end only on this project, no cylinder heads.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t in when we did the machine services on this engine, so I missed all the photos.
Already cleaned, painted, Bore and Honed engine block, grind the crank and cam, installed new freeze plugs.
I only have a few after it was already cleaned, bore and honed. Engine rebuild kit pieces around it as we build the Toyota 3.4 5VZ Short Block. New pistons, rings, and engine bearings.
Short Block engine rebuild includes: Teardown, inspection, hot tank and clean. Bore and hone engine block, grind crankshaft and camshaft, condition connecting rods, clean and a new coat of paint. Install new pistons, rings, engine bearings, and freeze plugs. Assembly and it is ready to go.
