Chevy 350 LT1 Valve Job.
These cylinder heads are from the popular GM small block engine LT1 350, fitting various models from the 90’s.
Model: Chevy Camaro Z28 350 OHV 16V V8
This particular set came off a Camaro Z28.
After teardown and inspection, during the magnuflux we noticed they had some bad cracking, in places that could not be repaired. No worries, we got a set of good cores and remanufactured those heads.
Basic Valve Job includes: Grind valves, Cut valve seats, Resurface, Clean, Paint and assemble.
Cylinder heads were hot tanked first to remove the grime. Scrubbed, and magnafluxed for cracks and inspected. We put on a light coat of sealer paint, then started the valve job.
Basic valve job includes: Grind valves, grind seats, resurface heads, install seals, clean and assemble.
Any broken, missing, or damaged parts is extra (valves, springs, seats, guides, crack repair, etc.).
Finished product came out great, they are ready to bolt on.

Do you sell the aluminum heads in sets, and if so how much are they. I’m looking for a pair for my 97 z28.

JT,
Thanks for contacting us. I’ve got the head gasket, it fits 93-97 Camaro Z28 LT1 5.7 350 OHV 16V V8 VIN P.
I cannot attach a photo here, so I will email it to you directly.
I have head gasket alone and the Head gasket set.
Thanks,

On these pictures of the z28 cylinder heads what year hey gasket fits these. About a year ago I bought a used engine from GM sports in San Jose California but at the time that I bought it they told me it came off of a 94 Z28 Camaro. Now that I’m doing a head gasket job my tech no longer have the old gaskets so I’m lost at what year really fit these heads there the same as your photo… Help me out
