1997 BMW E36 M3 3.2 cylinder head valve job.
This cylinder head needed a little R & R, restore and remanufacture. We tore it apart, hot tanked it, gave it a good scrub, then went to work. Grind valves, cut 3-angle valve seats, resurfaced it, and magnufluxed it for cracks. Luckily, it didn’t have any, so no welding necessary.
We installed valve stem seals, gave it coat of paint, assembled it and it was ready to go.

Amazingly, I do not have one photo of the completed Valve Job.
I can tell you, they came out great and the customer was happy.
