Valve job on a 2000 Mercury Mystique 2.0 DOHC cylinder head.
Valve Job includes- Grind valves, Cut valve seats, Resurface head, Clean, Paint and assemble. Any broken or missing parts are replaced. New guides if needed.
Teardown and inspection for damage or cracks. It looks alright so it’s off to the hot tank for some grunge removal.
Next, installed new guides, grind valves, grind valve seats, resurface, clean and assemble.
